Nomios Group has achieved Diamond partner status with Infoblox, the highest tier within the Infoblox partner network. Nomios is one of only two partners worldwide to hold this status and the only European system integrator to have reached this certification level.

Shared roots, shared direction

The relationship between Nomios and Infoblox goes beyond a commercial partnership. Both organisations have undergone a similar transformation: born in the networking world, but with cybersecurity now at the strategic core.

Infoblox started as a specialist in DNS, DHCP and IP address management (DDI) — the foundational building blocks of any network. Like Nomios, Infoblox has used that expertise as a platform for a broader security portfolio. Where networks once simply needed to function, today they must also protect. That shared evolution makes for a genuinely substantive partnership.

Preemptive security: stopping threats before they strike

A central concept in the Infoblox portfolio is preemptive security: neutralising threats before they can cause damage, rather than responding after an attack has already taken hold.

DNS plays a key role here. Almost all network communication — including malware, command-and-control traffic and data exfiltration — relies on DNS. By inspecting and analysing this traffic, Infoblox can detect and block malicious activity at the moment a connection is attempted. The result is a structurally smaller attack surface, without compromising network performance.

For organisations looking to strengthen their security posture without investing in yet another layer of tooling, this represents an efficient addition to existing security architectures.

DDI as an underutilised security layer

In practice, Nomios sees many organisations failing to manage their DDI environment — DNS, DHCP and IP address management — to its full potential. Configurations are outdated, visibility is limited, and the connection to security processes is weak or absent. This creates vulnerabilities that often go unnoticed, precisely because DDI is treated as routine infrastructure rather than as part of the security landscape.

"DDI is still too often seen as infrastructure that 'just works'. What we see in practice is that this leaves organisations with a blind spot in their security. With our Diamond status and the Managed Services we build around it, we help customers close that blind spot — structurally, not as a one-off exercise." — Sebastien Kher, CEO Nomios Group

That underestimation carries real risk. A poorly managed DDI environment gives attackers opportunities that require relatively little effort to exploit — and that are rarely covered by traditional security monitoring.

Managed Services for Infoblox

Alongside implementation and consultancy, Nomios offers Managed Services for Infoblox. This allows organisations to realise the full value of the platform without having to build the necessary expertise and operational capacity in-house.

Within the managed service model, Nomios continuously monitors the DDI environment, integrates Infoblox signal data into broader security workflows, and maintains a current configuration aligned with the organisation's risk posture. For organisations already using Infoblox but uncertain whether they are getting the most from the platform, Nomios also offers dedicated assessments.
